This 3 day DFT event will be held at
an Austin the Omni South hotel. It will consist of a 2 day DFT class and a 3rd
day open technical day. The day will be a mix of vendors and guest presenters.
There is a small fee to attend the formal DFT class. The 3rd day is
FREE when you pre-register on this web site up to May 15th.
Registration at the door will be $20. You
can register for the class and/or the conference.

Free Technical DFT Day (May
19th)
The 3rd day is a FREE day to any and all web-registered
attendees. DFT related EDA and Test companies will be allowed to present
45 min to 1 hour presentation. The day will start with a Key Note Speaker
followed by 6 to 8 technical talks and paper presentations. We expect
to exceed over 100 attendees for the 3rd and final day of the event.
DFT Companies will also be setting up small booth demonstrations in
the hallway just outside of the main conference hall. Sample

be modified as information continues to gel.
