Ken Posse

Ken Posse spent 30 years with Hewlett-Packard/Agilent Technologies. Starting in the early 1990s, he was first a project manager and later the systems architect for DFT-Focused test at Agilent. In 2001 he retired from Agilent and became the Chief Technical Officer at Teseda, Corporation; a company specializing in low-cost IC test. Ken retired (again) from Teseda in 2004 and now consults on Design For Test topics, mixed signal testing, and the use of the Agilent 93000 tester. Ken is the author of numerous articles and conference papers. He holds either individually or jointly eleven patents on both board and IC test, and is currently the acting chairman of the IJTAG initiative.
