  • May 24-25: Southwest DFT Conference in Austin, TX

    • SiliconAid Solutions organizes and hosts this regional event. 2006 is the third annual conference. Register for the Free Technical Day now! tutorial is still being finalized. Tutorial registration will open ASAP.

     July 24-28 : Design Automation Conference (DAC) in San Francisco, CA

  • Oct. 25-28: International Test Conference (ITC) in San Jose, CA

    • SiliconAid Solutions will have an exhibition booth at ITC again. Our focus for the show will be on the JTAG DFT product family and the benefits of the BSDL driven JTAG specification methodologies it enables.
